Headmaster Collar Shipping Policy

If you live within the Continental US:

We offer free shipping of the Headmaster Collar via USPS! We understand the need for the collar as soon as possible and orders are usually shipped the next day. Exceptions are for unforeseen circumstances as in weather conditions or stocking problems.

We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered. Please have the package delivered to a secure and correct address. Contact us via email immediately if you notice an error in your address, prior to your order shipping.

Email is the quickest and most efficient way to get information regarding Headmaster Collar shipping. For questions, please email us with your transaction ID#.

If you live in Hawaii or Alaska

Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska for single unit Headmaster Collar orders is included in the free shipping. Shipping of multiple units may require additional shipping fees.

If you live outside the USA we will provide International shipping however:

1) We do NOT Provide Free International Shipping. You may contact us to see if there is a distributor in or near your country.

Our policy is for you to contact Customer Support for shipping cost prior to placing your order with the item(s) you wish to order and your complete shipping info. We will send details regarding shipping charges. We will then invoice you for the total amount. Incorrect email contact will cause delays in shipping.

2) We do not recommend placing your order prior to contacting us. Should you not agree to shipping charges after placing an order without prior contact and confirmation, additional work and delays are required to process any refund.

* Our shipping policy is that international shipping cost must be prepaid by invoice prior to your order being shipped.
