Headmaster Collar Return Policy
We have gone to great lengths present as many details about the Headmaster Collar as possible to help make your purchase decision easier. If you need help, our customer service department is available via our contact form to help. We do not have a try before you buy policy. We recommend a health care professional measure and fit the collar. If you are not sure – do not purchase – consult your doctor or therapist first!
Please note: Federal & State Health Regulations forbid us from taking personal items that have been opened. This prevents us from reselling products that may be unsanitary. Headmaster Collar comes in contact with the skin, hair and possibly saliva. We are confident that our customers would feel better knowing that we protect them by not allowing any non-defective Headmaster Collar to be returned, and therefore they are assured of buying a new and not a repackaged product that has been previously used. This is your guarantee of a fresh, new Headmaster Collar that may be used in comfort and safety.
For authorized returns, the collar must be in unopened, new condition without any stains or modifications including bending. It must include all parts of the collar and be within 7 days of confirmed receipt. There will be a 15% processing fee for any authorized return minus our original shipping charges. Returns that are not in new condition will be charged a 50% disposal fee in addition to original shipping. Furthermore, unauthorized returns will be refused/return to sender. Please contact customer service regarding return authorization. Absolutely no returns 7 days after confirmed receipt. Phone orders do not negate the return policy.
Since we recommend a health care professional measure and fit the collar. Any consideration for returns after 7 days must be accompanied with a letter from a licensed health care professional.
Our processing fee is for time and expenses including materials and personnel incurred during shipping, handling, and processing forms. Trying to avoid our return policy is an attempt to increase the cost of our products to those who rely on our low pricing and free shipping, as well as decreasing our ability to make charitable contributions.
Exchanges will be made in the unlikely event of defective goods or our shipping error. If you have a Headmaster Collar with a defect, please contact our customer service department immediately to get instructions on getting your Headmaster Collar exchanged.
Wrong size? You will need to purchase the new item. This allows free U.S. shipping. When your authorized return is received, the item will need to be in new condition, not bent or soiled, with all materials to receive a full refund. Similar to returns, exchanges are only done for authorized returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery, and items in used or damaged condition are charged a 50% disposal fee in addition to original shipping costs. An acceptable exchange in good faith will not incur a processing fee.
